New Line Tech uses the CIPP (Cured-In-Place Pipe) method of rehabilitation of deep utility infrastructure without excavation. CIPP material is a resin-saturated felt tube made with a polyester coating and is manufactured for each specific project.
The CIPP material is inverted using air pressure inside the full length of the existing host pipe. Once inversion is complete, steam is introduced into the liner which activates the resins that harden to form the new pipe inside the old service. New Line Trenchless Technologies can provide CIPP installation services for pipe diameters ranging from 8” to 15”.
